SPATIAL MEMORY ASSESSMENT IN RODENTS
Main Article Content
Abstract
Stress may be acute, chronic and episodic. Acute and chronic stress may be differentiated on the basis of their onset of action and duration. Different animal models have been used to study and to evaluate the stress disorders including acute stress disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. In most biomedical research rodents (rats and mice) are used. There are different apparatus ,which are used for the behaviour assessment, like plus-maze apparatus, zero-maze apparatus, T-maze apparatus etc..
