Objective: This original research paper aims to investigate the efficacy of Dalak therapy in treating specific health conditions through the presentation of case studies. The objective is to provide empirical evidence supporting the therapeutic utility of Dalak across diverse patient populations and health concerns.

Methods: A series of case studies were conducted involving patients presenting with musculoskeletal disorders, neurological ailments, and psychological conditions. Each case study employed Dalak therapy as the primary intervention, with outcomes assessed through functional assessments, and subjective patient-reported outcomes.

Results: The case studies demonstrate the efficacy of Dalak therapy in alleviating symptoms and improving functional outcomes across diverse health conditions. Significant reductions in pain intensity, improvements in mobility and flexibility, and enhancements in psychological well-being were observed following Dalak therapy interventions.

Conclusion: The findings underscore the therapeutic potential of Dalak therapy in managing a wide range of health conditions, supporting its integration into comprehensive treatment plans within the framework of Unani Medicine. By providing empirical evidence through case studies, this research contributes to the growing body of literature on the therapeutic efficacy of Dalak, enriching patient-centered care and expanding therapeutic options in healthcare practice.
